After the initial week, our dog broke right through the fence with no reaction and we were told to keep working with her, week 3 it happened again and Scott said he'd stop by and take a look. He never showed or contacted us again. Once this guy gets your money, you're pretty much on your own. I absolutely wish we would have just installed a physical fence because I'm quite certain that's what we're going to do anyway. Total waste of our money and time! "

That was the only part of the job that involved climbing, but climbing was part of the written contract. He left that cut for last. Meanwhile, excellent work on the other trims and an entire tree cut down. Too tired to do the climbing and said he would be back; hard days work and I thoroughly understood. That was in May. It is now September. Despite me contacting him 3 times, and understanding the intense heat we had mid-summer, still no call from him or appointment set up. I just hired another trimmer, K&D tree trimmers because I still had that widow maker limb and me and my dog play under it. What gets to me are all of the Christian crosses on his logo. K & D, Charles Maples, did excellent work climbing and taking down the dangerous branches, and that is who I recommend. Not Watson's."
