"They Purchased to many materials, and did not give me a receipts to return them to store. I offered to give them to him he said he would be back and he never came, gave them to someone I knew I could not communicate with the workers due to language barrier. They did really good with roofing, they laced out tarp to catch nails and clean up was great."

"Waters impressed us from the initial meeting when they assessed our roof to the final product. They found our roof had sustained wind damage and they were present when our insurance adjuster arrived to answer any questions he might have. They found additional damage during the process, Waters worked the insurance, we dealt with insurance very little. They cleaned the area each day to the point our yard and driveway actually looked better than it did prior to the work being started. They also suggested upgrades that not only improved the quality of the roof, but will save us money on our home owners insurance. The final product was a beautiful roof. We will not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them."

"This company replaced sheeting and all shingles on my rental. The work was done quickly and new roof looks great."

"Great experience! They were prompt, reasonably priced, good at their work, & cleaned up well. Would hire again & recommend to others."

"Shane and his team have not done work for me, yet, but I have worked alongside him for over 2 years elsewhere and wanted to attest to his character and quality of work. I've worked with Shane on projects to provide great work at a reasonable cost! There is a reason some roofing and exteriors companies are out there with their fancy watches and glamorous vacations and he isn't! Shane wants to do right by his family and others. If he's wrong, he won't pretend he isn't and he will correct any issues. You want this man on your side when it comes to construction! If you're lucky, you'll also get him as a friend. I've watched him buy groceries for a former colleague in need from his own pocket! I've also seen him have a crew removed half of a roof and redo it because he wasn't satisfied with the work. He will get the job done for you, do it well, and won't take advantage of you. He cares about the crews, the project managers, his family, and clients. You can't go wrong!"

"Eric removed two layers of shingles from our 40 year old roof and replaced them with new 3D Duration shingles. The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding panels. The repair which we were pursuing was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Someone referred us to Maximus and when I called and talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was small. When he showed up to evaluate the situation and give an estimate for the job, he discovered that the cause of our problem was due to the concrete cap around our chimneys that had cracked and separated and allowed water to seep in and deteriorate the trim boards and siding. We agreed to have him replace the siding and trim boards and to replace the chimney chase because his quote was very reasonable. During this same visit, I was asking him about the condition of the shingles on the roof because they had been in place for 20 years. They were showing signs of wear but he said they could last another year or two. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He has just finished the total project in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises.
