Our old roof was only 9 years old and needed to be replaced plus the beam that was cracked that supported the roof. It was a bad situation because the people who did our roof before did a horrible job. We were left to deal with it. Ken explained the whole process and was honest with us from the start. 180 contractors made the situation 100 times better and we felt at ease. The crew came out and did the roof so quick! Coty was our project manager and he did such a wonderful job communicating with us! He answered all my questions and always got back to me! "Initially I was not thinking about replacing my siding and gutters. A Power representative was in the neighborhood and stopped by to discuss the services Power provides. Boy I am glad that he did, I set up my appointment to have them came take a look at my current siding and gutters, needless to say pictures are truly worth a thousand words (some I cannot type in the forum). I was beyond appalled at the current state of the siding and gutters. After the pictures were taking I sat down with Fabiano (sales rep) to discuss my options. Please refer to the pictures for my selection. The price was more than reasonable and they do offer financing if needed. After I signed the contract, a few days later Brandon the Product Production Manager came out to discuss the project, the dates, and took more measurements for confirmation. "WE had Pro replace our roof on the house and detached garage, tear off of 2 layers and replacement, then they came in with blow in insulation 13 inches, during that process we also had them replace the siding and install new gutters with covers, they installed a new storm door also, without a doubt this is the best company I have ever delt with, they did all they could to make us happy, they were very professional, and courteous and finisher the job on time with no extra cost, I couldn't be happier."
