"Great experience all around! Received a call from Nicolle and scheduled an estimate within an hour of request for service. Estimate was scheduled between 1-3pm, Nicolle called at 1:15 to let me know Matt would be there within 20-minutes and arrived then. We had two sump pumps (primary and battery back-up) that we wanted replaced, after reviewing the pit ... Matt recommended that we also have some stone removed to deepen the pit for better pump efficiency and to replace existing check valves. Matt was very knowledgeable, and provided an estimate on-site. After deciding to go with Air Temp, I called Nicolle to schedule the service, and was given a time window. On day of service, Nicolle once again called 20-min before the service to let me know Matt was on his way. Matt did a great job on the removal and new install of the pumps. "I'll start off by saying that Right Way originally installed an interior french drain for us in 2003. Soon after we had our basement finished. From that time on we never had to worry about a flooded basement. It was a big job and they were awesome! When our sump pump started making noises last week, I called in the morning and Al came out that day. He fixed our issue then had another installer came back out the following day to install a new backup system. I would highly recommended these guys!

"Excellent wish all my contractors came out this good.  showed up for the estimate on time and had a video that showed the steps to fix the basement.  measured  the basement and made up contract.  when I mentioned angies list and deals offered we built it right into contract without printing coupons and stuff. were quick with availability came out the following week.  foreman (Dan) was on time and double checked everything before starting .Wanted to move sump pump and outside drain to a less used area. not a PROBLEM. Was loud and cold in the house all day as if you run the furnace while they work it comes through the vents.  laid out carpet protectors and were done in only 1 day (the estimator planned 2)  Jackhammered the floor out and dug down to foundation laid new drains and installed new sump pump. they brought 5 people and they all worked hard constantly for the day.  lost track of all the buckets after 30 (5 gal. buckets).removed with old crap.  Explained all the warranties and paperwork with new sump pump.  Have to wait for the concrete to dry. it's now 3 days later and I'm ready to put the basement back together.  Looks great and can't wait to use the basement without wet and damp floors and walls furnace)  did forget to put screen back in basement window but if you have leaky walls and damp floors this is nice.  any problems after the next big rain I'll let ya's know.

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
