"The two reps from Crystal Clear - Mr. Kimes, and I'm sorry I didn't obtain the second gentleman's name, were very polite, patient in explaining what needed to be done and what had occurred, and were very conscious of minimizing the mess made within the house. They arrived at about 1130am. The job was finished about 430pm. They fully explained to me what to do after 24 hours to remove the chlorine smell from the water. The repairs were done 4 days ago. Everything appears to be working smoothly since their departure. Two pieces of curious activity: 1. They arrived in a large sedan with a full trunk and almost full back seat (the company truck was awaiting mechanic work by Mr Kimes at the end of the day). 2. When payment was rendered, at the request of Mr. Kimes, the owner I was asked to make the check out to him directly instead of the the company name. He provided identification without hesitation.
