Mr. Wilson monitored weather conditions, kept me informed, and the work was scheduled one of the very first days the temperature and weather permitted. The Apex crew were on-the-dot punctual. The work was done in nearly the exact time duration as estimated and the final bill was comparable with the estimate. Their work was done according to regulation and the work inspected -- something that the previous owners had obviously not done when the project was first completed. It is so nice to know that the roof is solid and up to code. It looks nice to not see the rotted boards, and I really appreciate parking and not getting dripped on!"

"Excellent. From the owner Mitch to the salesman George to Nick and his Dad who did the actual installation, all were professional and good to work with. Their price was the best of the 3 bids I got, although to be fair the comparison was not apples-to-apples among the 3 contractors. One bid used aluminum-clad wood, another a composite; Thermal bid using triple-pane solid vinyl windows.They were careful checking the measurements and kept us posted on progress. Nick and his Dad worked quicklly, even in 90+ heat, usually leaving early afternoon. They were good about cleaning up -- no debris left over. They were also good about keeping the inside of the house clean and meeting EPA requirements to avoid spreading lead dust (our house is over 80 years old). Took them about 5 days to install after the windows were manufactured. No complaints at all. Hope I never have to do any of this again, but I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who needs window replacement."

"Fabulous! Matt, the owner, was helpful and professional in suggesting the right windows, and was not a high-pressure salesman, as we experienced from some other companies (and did not like). The windows, which are beautiful and preserve the look of the house, were installed ahead of schedule and done with precision and care by Kevin and his assistant. Matt frequently checked in to make sure everything was going ok, and made sure that we were satisfied. We changed our minds about wanting some interior molding that was in the contract, and Matt quickly took out that cost. In late December of 2013, there was a leak that had appeared in a complicated valley. The 12/12 pitch roof drains down to a wall of siding. I came home to see Ice running down the wall of my front porch and found ice in the attic at that valley. I immediately called Don Jordan and told him the bad news. He came out within the hour and looked at the damage. Within a day or two, once the area had thawed, he sent someone out to see if an immediate repair could be made. That repairman did not find a leak and said that some roofs are just meant to leak, to which I immediately disagreed. The repairman relayed his findings to Don. Don called and told me that he did not agree with the repairman, and that roofs are not meant to leak. Don said he would do a free replacement when it got warmer. I noticed that it did not leak when it rained, but only when there was snow in the valley. I mentioned this to Don and he noted that it was probably an issue with the ice and water shield. As it got warmer outside, he followed up with me a couple of times to find out if it was leaking. Since it only leaked after the one heavy snow, I was willing to work around Don's other jobs. He let me know a couple of times that he had not forgotten about me and assured that he would take care of it before it got cold again. In mid September, Don sent out his repair expert to make sure the valley did not leak again. Don's repair expert, José, was able to confidently identify what was causing the leak and repair the valley properly. I had previously worked with Don and José back in 2010 for a repair on this same valley that had held up to rain and heavy snow, prior to hail tearing up the entire roof in 2011. After the first repair had held, I knew that José would do a great job. He meticulously repaired/replaced the valley and within 6 hours. Don and José were professional and cleaned up after the repair. There were 3.5 bundles of unused shingles left over from the project that I offered to buy from Jordan Roofing to have on hand the event that the Flagstone color scheme would be discontinued. Don gave me the extra shingles that as a thank you for being flexible with the timing of the free repair.

"Jim Spears crew came on site, materials on board two seperate vans, on Time, as scheduled.
The first day -- install the metal lath, and started putting on the first layer.
They put in a good hard day's work !  ( Note : This day, and every day there after, my place was cleaned up at day's end !! Very Pro !! ) 
Day 2 - finished up the scratch coat, started prepping the chimney. Started the 2nd coat, followed by the Texture coat on the top peak side of the wall.
Day 3 - Finished 2nd coat, Almost got main wall completed with Finish Texture. --- Scratch coat Chimney for blend.
Day 4 - Finish Texture, Finish Chimney ( actually 1/2 day ! )
Finished for me to Paint !!
