She scheduled Samantha to come out the next day and take a look at our house that desperately needed to be washed. She arrived on time, answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable on the products. We accepted the proposal and when it came time to get the house washed a few days later, it was actually Samantha and a gentleman who came out to do the job. It was nice to see an owner more involved in their company. We were thrilled with the results, since my husband was convinced we just needed to replace our siding. But they brought it back to life! Its 20 and some years old (still in great shape though) so of course it shows some normal wear and tear, but they beyond exceeded my expectations for what I thought was possible. Adriana followed up with us the next day just to make sure we were happy! Will be hiring them to help with my fence next. "

After a very thorough inspection to see what all the problems were, an estimate was given, which I accepted. They had to work around cold weather and rain, but the care and expertise amazed me. They scraped and power washed -- twice. Then there was patching, caulking, priming and, finally, painting. The house looks brand new and I couldn't be more pleased.
