"Tom was very professional and took the time to do the job right, especially with the front door handleset.  I own an old chicago style bungalow that has the original rounded top door.  This door had the original handleset that was no longer functioning properly and needed to be replaced.  The door is not the standard thickness and the type of handleset that would work for it was not standard, so I was having difficulty finding a replacement.  Tom recommended a specialty hardware store where I could find what I needed.  I purchased all the hardware for both this door and the other three and hired Tom to install and re-key them.  He spent a lot of time making sure it was done properly.  I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone that would need this kind of service. <br />"

"I scheduled and initial appointment and they were very busy and it was a few days away.  I asked if something would open up if they could call and come earlier, please do.   Well, they did, and ended up coming that day.  It was great.   The locksmith who showed up was very professional and a nice guy.    He went out of his way to make sure every lock or door he worked on was in good working order.  Even if I did not point out a problem.    One of the doors had an issue he did not have a part for, so he came back a few days later to fix the problem and did not charge for the visit, just the part.   I am very pleased.   So much so, I went to their store to get extra keys made, just to support their business.     I would use them again in a heart beat.  <br />   <br />"
