They were very respectful and the foreman explained my options for the tree. I decided to just remove the branch for now, but may be calling them back to remove the entire tree and stump. They came basically within 24 hours so I would say overall it was an excellent experience. They were just fast and responsive and the price was the best estimate that I had.
