American Precision was founded by Estenio Lima and Sara Yoffe. Estenio is a licensed construction supervisor and skilled master carpenter who has built, renovated, and restored some of the most beautiful homes in Massachusetts. Sara, the daughter of a contractor, is a lawyer by training and holds both a construction supervisor and real estate broker license. She began her career in real estate and construction in 2018, first by focusing on her family’s portfolio of properties. Estenio and Sara began collaborating in 2018, developing properties for APD's sister company, Cambridge Prime, and started American Precision in 2021. "We hired Altitude Builders to replace an existing deck that was old and rotting. After vetting out several contractors to decide between composite or pressure treated wood, we found Eli to be professional, straightforward and reasonable when it came to our ideas on what we wanted in a deck. His timeline and pricing was the best. He presented us with all requested documentation (contractor license, insurance, and contract) and started on the day he stated. Project went slightly longer because we needed additional footings and extension beyond the original scope of work. At the end of each day, the site was clean and nothing was left out of place. My deck is solid, sturdy and beautiful! His workmanship and professionalism were wonderful. We will be using Altitude builders again for additional work in the near future. Highly Recommended!"

"I hired Nilton and his company Pro Touch Construction to help completely demolish and renovate my 2BD 2BA 900 sq ft condo when I originally purchased it. The project included: - Complete demo of each room - Kitchen expansion and remodeling - Appliance installation (dishwasher, sink, stove, etc) - Complete remodeling of both bathrooms - Converting a stand up shower in one of the bathrooms to a walk-in shower - Brand new electrical and plumbing work (including installing in-wall speakers throughout the condo) - Install new vinyl flooring - Repainting the entire unit - Etc One of the things that stood out the most for me with Nilton is that he took the time to meet with me (several times) at the condo when I first purchased it. I had spent time designing each room with an interior designer using Pinterest photo albums and other inspiration I had found. But I also had a very fixed budget which not only did he make work but he consulted me on things I should consider to save costs (including going with vinyl flooring vs hardware floors). As shown in the photos, Nilton and his crew completed the project to absolute perfect. I was absolutely blown away with how beautiful my condo looked after he finished the job. And it's been 4 years and I still get compliments to this day from everyone who comes by to visit! Also, some of Nilton's suggestions (e.g. vinyl floors vs hardware floors), helped me save thousands of dollars in the long run.
