He is the epitome of a true professional. Met us to do the estimate and as work progressed and on the day of completion. The Roof and the Siding look amazing; almost looked like a different house when completed."

Sawyer Williams was great at explaining the issue and the costs, and it was a no pressure visit. He explained to me the four causes of water in a crawlspace and suggested the best way to SOLVE the problem, not put a band aid on it. They have just finished a full encapsulation, sump pump, and dehumidifier with a digital thermostat I can monitor from in my home. The workmen came out on schedule - were friendly, responsible, and efficient. Sawyer came back to get under the house and inspect their work. "I wish I could give more stars. Our house was built in the early 60's, and we've lived here since the early 90's. We've hired a lot of small repairs, and at least five major projects. Eugene and his crew were the best we have dealt with by far. Punctual, very clear communication, very flexible as our project evolved, very clean, reliable, etc. He answered our post to his website the day after we posted it and set up his initial visit within a few days. He was able to start the job within a couple of weeks. He told us it would take 2-3 weeks. Our crawlspace was a mess, but his guys got down there right away and walked us through the issues and options. He made his estimates very clear up front, and he kept his word. He even gave us some money back when we decided not to do one part of the job. Even with the mess in the crawlspace and some last minute requests, he finished the job on the third Friday. I would recommend him without reservation. We will be hiring him again"

"I asked for a quote, he came out, and I told him I needed it by a certain date for the adjuster. He promised he would get it to us. I had not hear from them by the weekend, so I sent a reminder, was told he would have it in the morning. By noon, I still did not have it, and contacted him again, and was told he would have to let this one go, because he was out of office and wouldn't get back until later. I gave multiple opportunities for him to get us a quote, but tired of companies like this making promises and not keeping their word. If he would do this on a quote, what would the work be like? I just needed a quote, and they had 5 days to get me one. Keeping your word to the customer is important."
