"They met with me on 4/28/2008 and I received the estimate on May 1st. I had asked for an estimate for replacing the current fence with either chain link or a cedar fence. They only sent me an estimate for the chain link fence. I called two more times to see if I could get an estimate for the cedar fence, but I never received any follow up. In the meantime I found another company that provided me with both estimates, better prices, and better follow up."

Due to this there was a little confusion on a couple things, but after contacting Jeff his crew came out and fixed my concerns within a couple days of our phone conversation. I am pleased with the final product and as long as Aspen sticks to their word on the guarantee of their work I will continue to be a happy customer.
