"Our new metal roof from East Coast Metal Roofing came out awesome! It was a very smooth process starting with a no pressure meeting with Product Specialist Dave Harrison who explained the product and process to us. He was very helpful in dealing with a few issues with our existing roof (gutters not installed correctly and old construction of area where roof lines met and leaked). He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues. During the job the Quality Control Manager, Shaun LaForce, was on site each day and was great to deal with. The office managers, Jenna & Alexandria, were fantastic with keeping us up to date on the start dates and delivery info. The installation crew did a great job led by Alex and finished the job in 2 days despite a snowstorm in between the days, even shoveled my driveway the day after the storm! I highly recommend East Coast Metal Roofing if you're looking to upgrade your house with a metal roof. You won't be sorry!"

They had a woman working with them she was wonderful, I was impressed! They worked from 7-6pm! They cleaned up after did a Beautiful job. "We had the aging cement board siding on our house painted with dark grey. We had a very large area to paint. Single thick coat looks real good. Workers first washed house down. After drying, all trim abutting cement board was sealed. Then several workers banged out house painting in 1 1/2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked with diligence. a few days later a couple workers returned to paint the front door (no extra cost). They also recoated paint on the the columns and painted trim boards around the front porch without us asking. Work was very professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable and the payment schedule was broken down in manner agreeable for both us and PLJ. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
