"My daughter and I were watching television home alone while my husband and son were at a movie. We noticed something fly past the door in the outside hallway and at first thought it was a bird before logic told us it must be a bat. We slowly closed the door to close ourselves off and began calling. We initially called our animal control who refused to give us a referral. We called 6 different animal removal organizations starting with those closest to us (hoping for the fastest service) before calling Precision (who were 30 minutes away). Surprisingly, the last we called (Precision) were the FIRST to call us back. After a quick chat he was in his car and gave us an estimate from his GPS - 29 minutes. We continued to hear the bat flap against the door to the room we were in so we knew it was still 'active'. The representative from Precision came in through the front door (which was open) per my request and then upstairs . He searched every room and spent well over an hour before finally finding it (apparently it was hiding). Relieved we were able to get a good night's sleep. The cost was more than worth it to us and included a visit to assess potential bat infestation as a follow up. I would definitely recommend them again.
