"The technicians showed up the next day to give us a quote, and then (once we agreed to the quote) they were able to start work immediately (same day). They installed a chimney cap, sealed two other old chimney pipes (no longer in use), sealed the stone of the chimney itself and also installed a flexible crown seal. It was more than we thought to have done on the chimney, but the peace of mind is worth it. They finished in about 1.5 hours and did a great job. Would hire again."

"The owner, Leon Clark, came to the house promptly and provided a written estimate of the repairs needed and the total cost. He also indicated how long the job would take. <br /> The two workers were very efficient and unobtrusive. They were careful not to disturb ornamental shrubs and plants when erecting the scaffolding, and they removed objects on the deck in the rear that might have been damaged by falling debris. When finished, they replaced the deck objects and cleaned everything up. <br /> This repair job took just over 2 days. No problems were encountered, and we were billed exactly for the estimated cost. "I highly recommend “Lecla Home Improvements”. Luis and his men came recommended from someone who’s had a couple of roofs replaced by Luis. He was pleasant to work with when bidding on the roof replacement and skylights (5) removal. His crew of 5 were able to strip approx. 24 squares of roofing shingles as well as removing all 5 skylights which also entailed replacing 11 sheets of plywood. They also had the roof replaced by the end of the day. The crew (some of which have worked for more than 13 years with Luis) were so well organized with each man knowing what needed to be done and what roll they played in getting it done. They had 2 men that stayed on the ground cleaning up all the old debris as it came off the roof and throwing it into the dumpster (all tarps were in place to protect our vinyl siding) as well as sweeping the lawn constantly with a large manganic roller. At the end of the job there wasn’t a nail to be found. I’m sure my yard around the house was cleaner then when they started. The next day all the seamless gutters were installed as well as the downspouts. Again everything was done as promised. We’ve received many complements on how our roof/gutters look. All the promises of materials (GAF, shingles, ice & melt, ridge vent, warranty) to be used and how they were going to be installed when bidding the job were done exactly as promised to me. "Steven came to my house for an estimate and was early. He completely explained the entire process start to finish and if any plywood needed replacing he would photograph and send to me. The day came for the job, dumpster arrived and the crew shortly behind. I met the foreman and he too explained the process. The house was striped and 9 sheets of plywood were replaced. Then the assembly process, i was most impressed how clean they work and how fast they worked. Steven called me to let me know how the job was progressing. Once the roof was completed the gutters went on just as smooth as the roof. I would recommend Flying Colors to anyone needing a roof replaced. My yard was spotless once the job was completed.
