"Freedom Fence & Deck did a fantastic job replacing our 35-year-old wood fence with a beautiful white vinyl fence. Jim (the salesman) was very easy to work with and accommodated all of our design choices. We found particular latches and handles that we wanted to use, and they agreed to install them for us. The contract process was quick and straightforward. After about six weeks, they were ready to install the fence. They sent out two crews at the same time, plus the owner Steve, who worked alongside them. With seven people working, they managed to finish the entire job in just one day! Our old wood fence was completely removed in about 15 minutes, and then they meticulously installed the new fence, setting all the posts into wet concrete and making sure all the sections were straight. At the end of the long day, when one of the locking gate latches wasn’t working right, Steve patiently worked on it until eventually we realized the part was defective, so he replaced it with a working one. A certain kind of handle had to be ordered, and as soon as it came in, he came back to install it. The fence materials are extremely high quality—the vinyl feels very thick and sturdy, unlike the kind sold at the home improvement stores. And the new fence has completely transformed the look of our property—we’ve already had several compliments from neighbors. The whole process couldn’t have gone better, and I’m happy to recommend Freedom Fence & Deck for all your fencing needs!"

"Jeff and his crew were professional and patient throughout the entire process. He arrived promptly to provide an estimate and details required for HOA approval. He accomodated all my special requests; 5 ft cedar fence with New England style post caps, single side yard gate and double back gate both with concave dips. Had to wait a few weeks after HOA approval and intial payment for special ordered materials to arrive. Installation was scheduled soon after ( the crew even carefully removed a couple of shrubs along the fence line I wanted to save). The crew arrived on time and quickly installed the fence on a super hot day. Jeff stopped by to check on the project that afternoon. Installation began at 8am and was completed by 3pm. The crew cleaned up and hauled away all debris and demonstrated how to open and close gate latches. Fence looks great! Would hire again."

"Fence Masters was an excellent company to work with. John was professional, courteous, and always encouraging me to call him if I had any concerns. I received the call that the fencing was in, I told John we were have party in 2 days . He assured me that they woulld be completed the work by then. In fact they finished early. When the fence was being installed there was a miscommunication on our part. I called John and he said he would be out to look at the problem, In the meantime, if his crew showed up to speak to DJ, I did and he was most helpful when i explained the situation to him. He showed me how he was going to resolve the problem and asked if I was satisfied, which I was. John showed up and I informed him that the problem was solved. The work was completed quickly, efficiently and clean up was great. From the first contact with Fence Masters to the completed work, this was the most plesant experience we have ever had.
