"11/04/18 I am changing this review. One of the things they did was cut off the bottom of the sliding door so it would slide easier. The work was done in August. I didn't notice until fall / winter, there was no weather striping and the wind was blowing in, actually snow was blowing in. I had to have a new sliding door installed which I did 2/22/18. I never did hear back from them about the balances for the double-hung windows. Very prompt service. I contacted them Tuesday, August 22, 2017, the sliding door was repaired the following Monday. Alex explained the repair (it needed a new track) and why it was needed. The double hung window needs new balances, Alex is checking into the part. I was very happy with their work and will recommend them to anyone who needs a sliding door repaired. I had contacted 3 other companies. One said it couldn't be fixed, buy a new door; one didn't respond; and one was to busy to handle the repair now. I am thankful Sliding Door Repair Service was able to help me. They did such an excellent job!"

They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable. "The dryer door switch was repaired and all sections of the dryer were checked and cleaned. The vent to the outside was checked as well as all functions of the dryer. Nick checked all areas of the dryer in a very thorough manner, and he answered all of my questions with detailed explanations.
