"Tom is great. I was looking for someone to swap out a few faucets and he was referred to me by a coworker who had him do a full remodel of his new house. He is very responsive, professional, reliable, and punctual. He was very detail oriented for the install, and explained any issues or questions along the way. His estimate was reasonable and very close to actual. He also ran out to Home Depot to pick up a few plumbing items he discovered were needed. Turned out the bath faucet will need something different but he has been very helpful in determining what is needed and I will have him back to install that as well.
