"I needed my Sump Pump replaced. The Technician, Mark, did an excellent job. HOWEVER, I had priced the cost of a new pump at around $300, but Perri charged me $1200 + tax for the installation. OUTRAGEOUS"

"Have been having issues with a very slow drain flow in a basement slop sink. Owner of plumbing company cleared blockage with an electric snake and advised me that the venting on the drain pipe was incorrectly installed. Owner took the time to troubleshoot issue and make necessary repairs."

"Woke up to my water heater spraying water like a fountain—definitely not how you want to start the day. NJ Plumbing and Heating Guys responded within 10 minutes of me reaching out, scheduled a visit right away, and showed up exactly when they said they would. Elvis was efficient, professional, and incredibly helpful. He clearly explained what went wrong and what was needed to fix it, which I really appreciated. Pricing was fair, and everything was repaired the same day. Elvis is the man—I’m super grateful for his help. I highly recommend NJ Plumbing and Heating Guys.
