You can hire cheaper handyman/chimney guys and get a recurring problem or you can hire these licensed professionals and take care of things the right way. Wish I had never used anyone else!"

"They replaced our deck with Trex material (Trex is a much costlier material, but having practically no maintenance made it worth it) along with a super cool railing system which makes the deck feel so much larger. They also added a lower 5 x 17 section. They worked so hard in extremely hot temps. We couldn’t believe how fast the job was completed. The results are amazing. They do high quality work, are extremely professional & courteous. They even modified the top railing to accommodate our heavy planter boxes. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!"

"The work they did was fantastic. Brian really listens to you when you describe the problem and comes back with an accurate estimate. He also gave me some excellent quotes on other things I need done, such as replacement of a very old side door that no longer conforms to present door sizes. The porch is now beautiful! And my bathroom fan no longer sounds like a jet plane taking off. I intend to hire them for additional work and cannot recommend them highly enough. AND the cost was quite reasonable."

"Excellent!!! Highly recommend. When moving, there's a lot of details to keep track of so I was appreciative of the follow up after my first inquiry about costs. Once booked, communication was top-notch and accommodating as I had already flown to my destination - they allowed for the driver to contact my son to arrange the pickup. After booking for a date in mid-February, I had to make a change to an earlier date. I was impressed that the change order with minimal charge was enabled without a hitch. They estimated time to destination well and I watched the driver unload my car - the guy had hustle which I just never see anymore! Great service. Every aspect was spot on! I'd definitely utilize again."

"Quality of product installed and workmanship I am pleased with. However, post install is why I have deemed necessary to leave this review. The crew left food waste in our yard and gutters. Lawn was not adequately swept for nails and staples. Upon reinstalling my TV antenna, observed pieces of shingle, siding, aluminum flashing, nails and staples in one gutter. This prompted me to inspect all gutters, where I found more of the same. Had two exhaust vents installed for bathroom fans. The crew did not leave necessary couplers to connect provided duct to vents in attic. The project manager provided necessary couplings by personally delivering to my house which I am appreciative of. Discovered packaging material from shingles, along with shingle remnants in my attic. The sales presentation and documentation was why I chose Palmer Construction over lowest bidder, about $5000. The owner and sales person have yet to reply to my emails and/or phone messages. The project manager is the only staff who contacted me and followed up. Not how I would run my business or manage my staff. They also jeopardized an opportunity to earn an additional project. I got a new roof which hopefully will last until I move and they got my money."

"Al was very informative regarding my botched roof from a previous "roofer", and was great to work with. I eventually needed to replace my deck also due to safety issues, so I contacted Al again. Once my deck installation began, I was thrilled to see the results! His staff Chase and Aaron were professional and personable, very respectful and insightful of my requests.
