It was very easy to schedule with him and he arrived promptly. He was pleasant and communicative, explaining how he would fix it and making sure they worked properly before he left. He also took the extra time to push my refrigerator water filter replacement in place (which I was having trouble doing). I highly recommend him."

I had picked up the wrong type of door, so he went back to the store with me and helped me pick out the correct door. Then he had to widen the door opening a few inches to install the door.. "I chose Craftsmen to replace 7 windows and 2 sliding doors in my house. I received excellent communication from Kim at Craftsman about what to expect when the project began. Tom's crew showed up right on time and discussed the plan and timing with my wife. The 35 year old windows were all replaced over two days with excellent quality Richlin windows, and they also added a picture window in our living room. They spent the third day finishing up the inside jambs and trim, and sent one member of the crew back to finish touching up and making sure the house was as clean as they found it. Tom was very friendly and informative every step of the way, and we felt very comfortable with him and his crew in our house (including being respectful of our 2 cats!) "Pat Martin is the owner/operator of this business. We have used him for several years now, replacing a much more expensive firm that used employees to do the work. No surprise that minimum wage laborers do not have the same degreeof commitment to quality as an owner/operator. So, wwhen you hire Martin Bros., you get Pat on the job. We have been delighted each and every time that we have used him. He cleaned our windows a couple of weeks ago, and, after that, he did my son's house and this week my daughter's.  <br /> My daughter's windows were installed last year and still had sticky residue from the manufacturing process. So, Pat had to take more time with his blade and Goo-Gone to remove the gunk before doing the actual cleaning. Now the windows are crystal clear and a joy to look out of. <br /> Another point worth noting: Pat is a very fine and honest person and family man. We do not hesitate for a moment in giving him the run of our house, even if we are away. That makes it much easier to use Pat than, say, a contractor with hourly wage workers whom we do not and really cannot know. <br /> To top it all off, Pat is a real bargain. I often have to tell him that he has not charged us enough!! <br />"
