Chuck had a look and clearly explained his plan for the repair and the estimated cost. He replaced hardware and the supporting block of wood between the veneer panels. "CHI did an exceptional job replacing windows and a storm door. The cluster of 7 windows is in a brick-cladded wall, with curved oak trim on the interior. The result is beautiful--the new trim matches perfectly. What most impressed us was how careful and thorough everyone was. The crew worked together to come up with the best way to handle problems. For example, the storm door hardware didn't fit right, so they came back an extra morning to modify the wood framing. Overall, they did what was needed to get a good result."

"Pat Martin is the owner/operator of this business. We have used him for several years now, replacing a much more expensive firm that used employees to do the work. No surprise that minimum wage laborers do not have the same degreeof commitment to quality as an owner/operator. So, wwhen you hire Martin Bros., you get Pat on the job. We have been delighted each and every time that we have used him. He cleaned our windows a couple of weeks ago, and, after that, he did my son's house and this week my daughter's.  <br /> My daughter's windows were installed last year and still had sticky residue from the manufacturing process. So, Pat had to take more time with his blade and Goo-Gone to remove the gunk before doing the actual cleaning. Now the windows are crystal clear and a joy to look out of. <br /> Another point worth noting: Pat is a very fine and honest person and family man. We do not hesitate for a moment in giving him the run of our house, even if we are away. That makes it much easier to use Pat than, say, a contractor with hourly wage workers whom we do not and really cannot know. <br /> To top it all off, Pat is a real bargain. I often have to tell him that he has not charged us enough!! <br />"

"Rick came over and looked at our closet system. Everyone else, who gave us a bid, wanted to remove the system and rebuild it. Rick suggested adding some shelving and modifying it a bit and changing the hardware. We appreciated his expertise and cost savings. Corbin, Rick’s installer, was very professional. Our old system was not level and was pulling out from the wall. Corbin leveled the system and reattached the unit to the wall. He was very neat, professional and safety conscience. We couldn’t be happier with the way the project turned out."

"Sela did a thorough, accurate repair and/or replacement of the downspouts, aluminum window wrapping, and turtle vents as a result of a hailstorm in the fall of 2018. As promised, they performed the work as soon as the weather warmed up sufficiently this spring. The crews were courteous, and they answered any questions I had. Furthermore, the people I dealt with last fall (Sela representative who came out to our home) and this spring (billing representative) were altogether courteous and knowledgeable.
