They had some difficulty removing the old floor(2 layers of vinyl sheet), but once they got past some initial problems they did a very nice job completely removing the old floor. Alex is a real artist when it comes to cutting tile. Alex does in one piece what others would do in 2 or 3 pieces. There were no money issues either. The price he gave me was the final price. It took a little longer than expected, but it was worth it."
