"Gary, Deb, Marta, Larry, and Sam were exceptional.   <br /> Larry came out to measure and look at the property.  He arrived a few minutes early for an 8 am appointment.  He introduced himself, gave me his business card, and shook my hand.  Very professional and accommodating. <br /> All of my contact with Deb was very efficient and pleasant.  Another asset to your organization.  She was friendly, personable and professional. <br /> Marta and I only communicated a couple of times; she too, was great. <br /> Gary (the owner) came out for a final look before the work started.  It is very reassuring to have someone with his experience and expertise come out to review the project.  We met to sign papers after he took a look at the job, and I felt like I was in the company of a friend.  He patiently answered all of my questions.  Another pro.  :-) <br /> On installation day, Sam and his crew were on time and got right to work.  When I asked him if they could start the install at a certain place in the yard he replied "no problem, I'm glad you mentioned it because we want to do what's right for you".  Wow. <br /> The second day of the install was the Friday before the blizzard.  Sam and his assistants stayed until after dark to finish up and clean up the property. <br /> We had coffee available for the installers and they expressed their appreciation over and over. <br /> In summary, this company is excellent.  Not one time was anyone late, rude, condescending or impolite.  Every time I asked if they could do something, the answer was "yes, sure, we can do that!".  An outstanding experience, a gorgeous fence for a fair price!!   <br /> (And no one complained about dog poo in the yard)  :-) <br /> <br /> <br />"

When I called Mike he found time to come out right away to give me an estimate. Before I made my decision I read all the reviews of the fence companies I was considering. Once I decided to move forward with him Mike he had the utility companies come out right away to mark my property for underground gas lines. Mike then had the fencing ordered and dropped off at my house the next week on Monday. Mike called to let me know Alphonso his lead installer will be there tomorrow at 8am. I was very excited. Alphonso showed up bright and early Tuesday morning 20 minutes early ready to start working. His team was very cool. Because I still had questions about how I should have my fence gates open and where I wanted everything positioned. They were very patient with me and helped me make the best decision on how we should set up the fencing. During installation I notice one of the panels had the dent in it that must off happen during shipping. I texted Mike a picture and he didn't hesitate to run a new panel down right away. I would recommend Mike to anyone that asks for a quality fencing company. I know with Mike if you ever have a problem with your fence he will answer and do his best to help you out. Getting a new fence for your house is a huge investment and I'll take quality and great customer service over saving a couple bucks any day. In the long run it will more than pay off."

"The guy who came out did a lot of things because I had a list of stuff to be done. He was great. He was very professional, very timely and reasonably priced for what he did but he was just very busy and I cannot get him back. His work ethic, cleanup and job behaviors are all great. I have had no issues with him on those. If I were to recommend him to some friends or family members, I would tell them that if they can get him then they should take him. They should just ask him if he has a lot going on because I had an issue with his availability. If I could get him here, I would use him again."
