The mortar between the brick joints had loosened and a tree root pressing against the brick below grade caused the wall to crack from top to bottom between my yard and the neighbors yard. "Professional and prompt. Just be sure to patiently detail the work you need done and ask about the extra cost to pay with a card. For us, there were rocks I asked to be removed, which then exposed a small area on both sides of the retaining wall along the stairs. Now we have a problem of potential erosion onto dirt should it rain. That wasn't included in the work order. The other thing is that some of the resurfacing work on the retaining wall began to show cracks after two days. They quickly responded and repaired. I was told we had to try to keep that area wet for it to curate since this section doesn't get a lot of sunlight. Thank you, Art and crew, for responding quickly."

"getting started was a little slow. we were in The San Diego area buying a house here in Las Cruces. It took 2 phone calls to get things moving, after that i was happy with the service, installation, and prices. The tile we wanted was to match some they put down several years earlier i the living room. We had a narrow install window, but we had a lot of lead time, they took advantage of that and pre ordered the tile, and set up for the job. took out carpet on day one, laid tile on day 2 finished on day 3. great job. very nice, exactly what we wanted."
