"Our experience with Beantown was a fantastic one! At our initial visit with Jim, we were given great options and advice. We started our 3 step project by replacing 2 sliders on the back of our house. This was followed by step 2 which involved stripping off all the old curling cedar shingles. The house was wrapped tight and finished off with a beautiful natural clay colored vinyl siding. This phase was finished in an amazing 5 days!! The 3rd and final stage was a tear down and replacement of our 2 decks. Our sun filled backyard was the culprit in destroying everything made of wood! Our new decking was an Azek English Walnut, which was accented with white premier railings and risers. The crews we had for each phase were very professional. They started each day promptly at 7am and finished the day with a complete cleanup of the work area. We would like to give a special shout out to deck crew Brian and Pat! They worked so hard through many days of New England weather, and were so very kind to our Grandchildren! We were so pleased with our experience with Beantown, we are sure you will be too! Everyone I dealt with from Johnny the roof specialist/salesman, to Katie in the office and to Steve and his install crew were very professional and provided great customer service. I called very late in the year (late Nov) with a leak on a 20 year old roof that was getting towards the end of its life and they went the extra mile to come right out for an assessment and quick repair as that time of year it's usually tough to get a job like that done on short notice. I decide to be proactive and get on their spring schedule for a full replacement and they ended up squeezing me in a few weeks later as weather had cooperated. Job went great, exactly as planned with no hiccups. Nice to not have to worry about this all winter now."

"I needed a full replacement of a ~20-25+ year shingle roof and solicited quotes from several roofers. My initial call was answered immediately by an answering service and I received a call-back later in the day from Todd, who scheduled a visit to my home a few days later to review the details of the project. The quote was returned promptly and while we had some back-and-forth over the need for some additional carpentry work around a dormer, I was certainly appreciative of the professionalism and thoroughness -- ultimately I decided to move forward with Ranch and was not disappointed. The project itself started on an extremely cold and windy day. I half expected a call saying that the conditions were too unfavorable for roof work, but the guys showed up right on time and I met the project manager (Dave) who gave me an overview of what to expect for the day. Most of the work was not only completed by the end of the day but all of the debris was promptly and thoroughly cleaned up by the time I returned home. The carpentry work was efficiently completed the following day and just like that, I had a new roof. Overall I was very happy with Dave, Todd and the rest of the Ranch team that worked on the project. The price and approach was reasonable, the end result looks great and I would definitely recommend this company."

"It went very well.  The owner, Richard Farina, suggested using an "architectural" shingle, which is heavier and should last for 30 years as opposed to 20 for most other types of shingle.  They installed Grace ice and water shield up to a distance that we requested. <br /> <br /> We had one small leak this past storm on the front porch from the front corner of our bedroom dormer.  They were very responsive and came back the same day called and applied additional caulking between the roof shingles and the siding shingles, where a gap had been created.  I was pleased with their prompt responsiveness."
