"Mike was superb. The job required perseverance and Mike's never give up attitude paid off while working on my old house. The odyssey began when Mike tried to install the faucet I purchased. It did not fit. He went to a trade supple house in search of another that also did not fit. He was instrumental in getting the showroom to take the wrong one back, and recommended a helpful sales person who helped me buy an appropriate one. On the next visit we discovered that the holes were not drilled correctly, so the new faucet would not fit. Mike installed an inexpensive one for us to use until he could buy a special drill bit for cutting granite. Mike deftly enlarged the mounting hole, which was no small feat given the counter/sing/backsplash setup. He did so without damaging anything or creating a mess. He's also very personable and comfortable to be around and in the house. highly recommended."

He broke the bad news that the boiler would need to be replaced relatively soon, but understood my need to plan for it and was helpful in providing information without "mansplaining." The quote was fair and I trusted him and his team to do right by me for such a big investment in my home. The system that was installed is practically a work of art! They even tucked the new water heater around the corner from the original spot, creating more space in the main walkway area of the basement. "Zach Brown initially came to fix leaking water situation and then realized there was damage due to water seepage. After that damage is repaired, Zach will return to put plumbing back in order, including replacing faucets which had to be cut out to allow removal of granite countertop, reconnect water lines and possibly reinstall a new Reverse Osmosis system since the old one had to be removed. Can't say enough about Zach -- his professionalism, his explanation of what's being done and options for replacing/improving plumbing under kitchen sink, pipes, etc."

"The drain assembly on my bathroom sink gave out after twenty years or so, and there was no way I was going to be able to get the darned thing off without a hacksaw. So I purchased a "Big Deal" from Cuddy Bros. to put on a new faucet and drain. They showed up on time, wrested the old drain assembly off, and put on the new faucet and drain without a hitch. It went quickly and smoothly. Six months later the installation is still fine; nothing leaks. I am completely satisfied."

"We hired Superior Kitchen and Bath to replace our existing bathroom and bathtub with a completely new bathroom with a walk in shower.  They were selected based on their very detailed cost estimate that demonstrated that they were experienced professionals and knew exactly how to approach this project.  The work involved demolishing the entire bathroom, expanding the bathroom area by taking an adjacent closet, relocating the air stacks, relocating the bathroom door to allow for expanding the shower area. After reframing for a new ADA compliant walk in shower, new plumbing and electrical connections were made and a new vanity, toilet and tiles, and plaster completed the project.  The end result was excellent.   Jane and Brandon and their team did a fantastic job.  They worked very closely with us throughout the project to make sure the vision we had for our new bathroom met our expectations.  I highly recommended this company for anyone considering remodeling their bathrooms
