The installer was clean and neat and took care of all cleanup. We have used it for 4 months and very pleased. We also feel it was a safety upgrade as the walk in does not require a high step in and out and very comfortable. We would recommend this bath up grade."

The quality of the windows sold themselves. Our installers were professional and did an excellent job installing all of our windows. Our first purchase consisted of six windows. "I honestly don't like to write bad reviews, but in this case I thought it was in order. This is not a review on the quality of the work as nothing was actually done. I reached out thought Angi and found Kingdom Built Construction. I was contacted the next day and began inquiring on my flooring job. I sent images of the job and was quoted. The quote was good so I asked we take next steps to proceed. I was asked to provide what the stain color was as it wasn't possible for Kingdom to determine from the pictures. I made a 3 hour trip to my residence with a few stains I thought would match. Provided the color to Kingdom and confirmed his time of arrival. That night I got a text from Kingdom on the stain type required an additional day of work and was told the job wouldn't be worth his time due to an extra trip. I then offered more $ which was accepted. Just under 2 hours before my appointment I received a text saying he cant do the job to to family issue and he would be relocating. Glad I didn't give a deposit."
