"Overall it went very well. The workers did a great job and kept me informed of what they were doing. Explained the steps to me when I asked. I was a bit concerned when they told me that a shower pan would not be installed however, they said what they were doing was newer and better. When they were done, they told me to call if I see an pin holes/cracks along the crevices in the next couple of days. I called the following day and they showed that afternoon to fix them. When we received the itemized invoice (which we were told they don't do and now I know why), we noticed that we were being charged $350 for a shower pan. I called and talked to James who told me they did put a pan in. I explained to James what the workers told me and I asked him to please call them to verify. He didn't like that and said "Fine" in an abrupt tone and hung up on me. Not real professional of him. He should have made sure that I didn't have any other questions and should have said something to the effect that he would call me back shortly. Again, the workers were great, however, James, should not be dealing with customers. Brian called from River Cities and was extremely polite and took the time to explain that the workers did install a shower pan although not a traditional one. I asked Brian to pass on to the owner that I appreciate him (Brian) calling back in addition to passing on the rudeness of James. He said he would. <br /> <br />"
