He also didn't try to sell us new ducts--turned out our old ducts were fine; they just weren't connected properly and were pulling in attic insulation. We added duct-cleaning to the purchase. Air Pro's technicians were professional, cordial, thorough and neat. They placed dropcloths not just in the work area, but everywhere they would be walking too; they kept debris to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves. They were good-humored with my husband, who asked a lot of questions as he "supervised" the entire process! We have cool, clean air!
