"UPDATE- after some time has passed I had several tiles come loose. They repaired 5 or 6 of them over several visits but after 2 cancellations (And 1 cancellation of my own) I still have at least 2 loose tiles and many that sound hollow underneath. The frustrating part is that before the job started, I asked if the floor needed to be leveled and was told no. I had them back a 2nd time before starting the project and asked them to double check if the floor needed to be leveled and they said no again. Clearly it did. ----------------------------------------------------------- I used RHP for a tile floor in my basement.
