"Working with John was very easy and professional. He was easy to get in touch with and followed up with any questions we had. We were concerned about alot of large branches of large trees. He was knowledgeable and guided us what to do. He came with his crew as scheduled despite the rain and got the job done quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. They were not only exceptional in their skill , they cleared away all remnants of the cutting, and the bonus was that they took away some of our left over logs and summer plant debris that was in the yard. . We highly recommend them."

"While we were happy with the completed work, we really wish Steve was available more to do the work in the mornings instead of afternoons. It was hard to nail down times with him but to be fair, it also snowed 3 of the 6 weeks he was working on our staircase. His prices were quite reasonable compared to others we interviewed. He even offered a reduced fee when the work became more extensive and stretched into additional weeks."

"American Eagle promptly returned our call and set up an appraisal appointment for the next day They came on time and were willing to remove the tree the same day. The tree was cut down carefully with no damage to fences or plants. All debris from the tree was removed from our yard and carted away. ( Our tree was tall but had a narrow diameter.)"

"They came first over for a quote and inspection of access to our back yard. I was advised that my cement walkway may be damaged by the weight of their equipment which was fine since I am planning on having it replaced. The day of, they arrived promptly around noon time with a large truck and a 6 man crew. They quickly began to work and nearly finished the job by sundown. Since it was 4 large trees, they had to come back in the morning to complete the task. They removed all debris and grinned the stumps."

"If you need any type of tree care done I would like to highly recommend Kiel and his team. They are professional, knowledgeable, meticulous and just great to work with... I had 7 large trees on my property which had to come down. They were tricky removals and each one was executed with such care and precision that it fell exactly where it was supposed to go without damaging anything else. They also removed a VERY large limb which was over the house. This limb was a growing concern of mine with each years passing. I knew it had to go but was fearful whether it could be done without damaging the driveway or my 65 year old azaleas, let alone the house.. Well, again it was removed with such care and percision that my Dad, who is 87 and watched the process said, "That was amazing!" Yes, it was truly amazing to watch such skilled tree professionals in action. As far as cleanup, my property was left immaculate. They cleaned up every day and not a twig was left on the property.. Honestly, it did not look like they were at my home for 2 days.. :)) So, if you're looking for a professional tree care company who cares about their customers, does amazing work with fair prices, I HIGHLY recommend Kiel's Tree Care. They get 10 STARS in my book and I will definitely have them back next year to do more tree work. Many Thanks to Kiel and The Team! Sincerely, Marie M"

"With an excellent quote for service I hired this company to remove 4 trees and trim other trees back from the house. The crew was professional and preformed all work with neat efficiency. I was so happy with results that I added extra work that the crew had no problem adding and coming up with a quote on the fly. I would definitely hire them again."

"We needed 4 very large trees on our property removed. Julio was extremely accommodating, as we were late getting back to our house for the estimate meeting. He was very knowledgeable, and was very detailed in his estimate. The pricing was also extremely competitive. We only ended up having two of the trees dropped, but the work was impeccable. Julio and his team were punctual, extremely well prepared and very professional. Both trees, stumps and all of the wood were removed in one day, and the cleanup was excellent. We are extremely satisfied with the work and will almost definitely contract them again in the future."

"Knowledgable, inexpensive and VERY helpful!
So... to sum it up,
Eddy was the most knowledgable person we have spoken to about trees.
The quote for trimming the remaining trees in the yard was extremely
cheap. He was so helpful not only on the
trees we called about, but on recommendations for the future as well!
Now here's the down and dirty...
A certified Aroborist came out for a free estimate to check out our yard.
He was on time and very nice. We called to have him look at our
redwoods which haven't been looking so great recently, but he started in
the front yard and gave us some free advice on our trees out there as
well as the backyard.
When we went to the backyardto look at our
redwoods, he said they look healthy and are starting to come back to
life... basically, we don't need his services!! (Another guy who was
not certified said he would trim it for $600!!!). Eddy from Double Tree
service (not the other guy) said to leave the remaining 6 trees
alone this season and call him in 6-10 months to come back for a
trimming.
He was SO knowledgable. Immediately he asked when
we had the patio slate put in, and attributed that to the health of our
trees (apparently the roots had been dug out and the dirt in the back
suffocated the roots on the far side?! Who knew?). But he recommended
that we wait to see how the tree responds before trimming it.
The rough estimated quote for trimming all the trees and possibly removing
one (that would eventually damage the slate and brick wall) was
EXTREMELY reasonable.
Bottom line... THEY ARE THE BEST!!! Definitely hire these guys above anyone else... your wallet and yard will thank you for it.
