However, effort is appreciated and commended because the stench coming from the drain was unbearable. Recommended replacement of santi within wall, and provided estimate. Same procedure was followed to clear clog in sink drain of second bathroom. Although I was disappointed that it was against the service provider's policy to snake the drains from the vent pipes via the roof, one of the drains was cleared, and a good effort was made to clear the other."

"I hired Make it Drain to fix my leaking toilet because my regular plumber was unavailable. I spoke with the main office and was told that a repairman would be at my house within an hour. After an hour and with no repairman in sight or call to explain his absence, I called the office back. I was told that the repairman had to get a part and that's why it was taking so long. The repairman finally showed up two hours after my initial call and promptly left again to get another part -- for which he added an additional $50 to the original quote. The work was completed and they did come back the following day when the toilet still wasn't fixed. But they could not detect any problem and left.
