"The process took only two days. One the first day 8 workers were at my house at 8:13am to remove the old sprinkler system and dig the trenches for the new system. At noon the crew was trimmed to 4 workers and they completed the installation of the sprinkler system. The company providing the sod brought it by truck two days later at which time 2 worker installed the sod. The owner of the company showed me how to work the timer with had been installed in my garage. They completed the installation of sod that day and also programmed the timer for me. The lawn looks GREAT!!!! I appreciated the professionalism and work ethics of all of the workers and the owner."

"Don’t look any further. First of all I want to say Paul is amazing. My yard has never been this beautiful. When I originally called I wanted to just get my sprinklers looked at. He can over promptly and fixed everything in a short time. He was nice explaining everything to a girl who is not very great with anything that involves outside but he took his time and explained everything . I asked if he did other work such as sod work which resulted in me redoing the backyard. He took his time and did an amazing job. He communicates with you about every step and gives you a great quote. On top of that he was very friendly and sweet. I have had a lot of work done on my house including having my front yard done, which I would not recommend that person to anyone. Bellflower landscaping, I am going to recommend to anyone that will listen. Paul is professional, insightful, and reasonable. Don’t look any further if you need anything done with your lawn. "    Orlando was the most knowledgeable re: my large Oak tree of the estimates I received. My Oak is 40-50 ft., and had never been pruned in the 36 years I've lived here.  He arrived with his crew at 8:00 AM, the appointed time, and they worked hard the whole day. <br>There was a largre amount of dead material in the tree to remove, and power lines to prune around. They were able to complete these tasks in a professional manner. They also shaped the tree for a very attractive appearance.  Before their departure, my yard  and area were cleaned to my satisfaction. <br>    I now have a lot more light in my back yard and house. My St. Augustine grass is starting to grow again in the dead spots I had. "I described my leaky sprinkler problem over the phone and gave them my address. The next morning I heard someone digging in my rear patio. It was Chris from Williams Landscaping. He had already fixed the problem and was testing it when I came out. I was sleeping late so I didn't hear him knocking on the door. Anyway, he knew where it was and I gave him permission to go into the back patio if I was not at home. He charged me $10 less tham the origimal estimate. Extremely fast and efficient!"

"Everything went well. Dan came out to give an estimate on a Saturday due to my hectic schedule even though he normally does not work on Saturdays. Dan advised that whoever previously installed our sprinklers had them up too high and the landscaping company's lawnmowers had no way of really avoiding them so he re-piped each head to sink into the ground enough to avoid this problem. As discussed during the estimate Dan came out and replaced all the damaged heads on time on the following Monday. All the sprinklers now work."

"We met with Jeff in April after not connecting with other contractors the year before. Loved the idea of the larger patio roof with integrated rain gutters and the price was justified. Decided to replace the flagstone patio area and pool deck with pavers and then added on the front walkway as well. Replacing the sliding glass door had always been in the plan. Broke ground right before Memorial weekend, which is when we decided to add on an additional walkway, fake grass, and mow strip. No problem except the flagstone stepping stone walkway was removed prior to our go ahead (my husband had told Jeff he needed to talk to me first). Jeff uses different crews for different parts of projects: paver crew, patio cover crew, rain gutter crew, lawn crew, door installer/handyman at the end. All the foremen of these crews speak English so it was easy to communicate with them and they were very willing to accommodate changes and listen to ideas. The only hard part is that they just show up sometimes to do X, Y, or Z. It wasn't a huge problem but would have appreciated a quick text. The project took longer than expected as Jeff refused the first door sent to him for install because it was damaged (thank you) and then it was back ordered. Meanwhile, other parts of the project were getting done. Overall, it turned out great. My husband and I love it, our friends and family love it, and it has expanded our living space as well."
