"Roman, the owner, showed up right on time. His two man work crew was right behind him. They planned the lay-out of the lighting fixtures and got right to work. Roman gave us some expert advice on installing the remote control as opposed to a wall switch. His advice really helped us make a decision and we went with the remote control unit in the ceiling fan. The crew was very professional and helped move all of the furniture in and out of the living room. They laid down a huge drop cloth that covered the whole floor. They completed the job in a very timely manner and left our house neat and clean. We will definitely contact Roman again at Advanced Electric in Simi Valley, CA for future electrical work. P.S. his prices are more than fair."

"They showed up early, they were nice, professional, helpful and efficient.  I had to make some changes on the fly and they worked with me very easily and helpfully.  It took a bit longer than anticipated due to the poor quality of my existing lights, but they came back a second day and had it finished up very quickly.  They came back when I called to say one light wasn't working and found yet another transformer on my property which they also set.  Excellent customer service. <br />"

"Sunshine builders planned and designed our outdoor living space and executed it after we approved all the changed and modifications so it will fit exactly to what we wanted to have. At first, we honestly didn’t think that we can get all what we wanted under our budget because it was just too many things in one project. The project that we wanted to do, included a 2 levels patio with space for full BBQ with dining area, sink, refrigerator, counter top and a large stone fire pit with seating area. More than that, we added some plantings spots by building a plats pots, a new grass area, LED solar lighting fixtures, a new driveway and more things. We’ve met and interviewed many contractors and home improvement companies and landscapers over the last few months and none of them was able to compete to Eric’s experience, quality and promise to ensure their work with our expectations. He said that we should stay within the price range as we talked since he doesn?t see any complications but he offered some adjustment and ideas about the placement of the lights in order to create a brighter room. he showed me a few different lights and explain about the color and energy efficiency of the different lights. We set up the starting date for the next day! The next day 2 guys showed up at 8am for the installation. I loved the fact that the technician was very clean and organized and didn?t left any mess. "I had a lot of re-arranging work done for my master bedroom. I wanted 2 new plugs with the USB on either side of my bed, I wanted outlets with USB for my computer put in, I moved an outlet set up from the floor for my TV and added USB. And finally, I had a light switch that turned on an outlet, not the ceiling light, so I had them fix that. All in all, it was a job well done. The price was reasonable. The workers were on time and prompt. And Luis was very quick to contact me or respond to me. Communication was very good with this company.
