We called to book and free estimate and the lady on the phone was extremely pleasant. The designer was on time for the appointment and did a thorough explanation and presentation of the company and products. She used a iPad so that we could see all kinds of different pictures of colors and options. The meeting was actually fun! We picked out all our choices and for all that we were getting the price was extremely fair. We had done research prior to the appointment and determined that this was company and product we wanted. The installer came out a couple weeks or so later and did the template, explaining what to expect on installation day! That was very helpful. Finally, the installation was a cinch. "Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."
