They were very thorough and very cleaning. From foot booties to masks to protecting my floors from there machines. When they finished they took time to explain what happened what they did and educated me on preventative maintenance...very easy to talk to down to earth and Patient. "Jeff and Ashley are wonderful to work with, I originally found Ashleys water from home advisor. Jeff was quick and fast with his response to my request for service. I had a pinhole leak in my pressure tank and Jeff was able to replace it same day. After completing the Install, we went to turn the power back on, and the above ground well pump didn't come on. After knowledgeable inspection, Jeff determined the pump needed to be replaced. He was able to come back the very next morning and get the job done. All these problems were caused by the chlorination system causing corrosion on the metal components in my well hut. Jeff then recommended that we get away from the chlorination system and go with an airdraw oxidation system to treat our Iron. It has no maintenance other than occasionally resetting the time. Ashleys water had very fair prices and didn't use any pushy sales tactics, Jeff was very honest and knowledgeable. I even went back a few months later and had a water softener system put in. Overall a great experience with Ashleys water."

"Apollo and his crew showed up on time. This was a mobile home front door and wanted to replace it with a standard house door and add a Larson retractable screen storm door so had to open the door way height and width. The crew worked all day even during lunch there was someone working. The door was completed that day. I had to go purchase the Larson door and they came back the next morning finish the job. The crew and Apollo were professional and polite. The finished product turned out great. I will hire again for any more jobs that I need done."

"He evaluated the existing well and pump and determined what was needed to get it into service. I wanted a larger pressure tank than he had on hand and he immediately phoned in an order to his supplier and the tank was delivered to his business address the next day. That same day he returned and completed the installation of a new control box, pressure switch, the pressure tank and the plumbing pipe to connect everything up. Everything was done very professionally and performed great. On his first visit, he also adjusted the pressure switch and pressure tank air pressure on my primary well for me. <br />"

"System was still under warrantee for parts. Liberty Air charged me $1595 for this coil replacement. On warrantee! $648 for labor which took 2 hours. The also charged me $50 for warrantee paperwork and $ 34 for shipping of the part. Liberty Air has installed two systems for me and has done excellent work including this repair. I just feel the cost of this repair was way high."
