Called 04-Mar-2022 for all windows to be replaced as all were failing. "When they responded to my request I was quoted $139 for the inspection and cleaning. I was charged $189. But the more frustrating part is that I'm not sure what the person did. They vacuumed something but I'm not sure what because there is still plenty of dust in the fireplace. Previously when I've had this service they took everything out from the fireplace, cleaned the pieces off, vacuumed the fireplace out, and then put everything back and relit the pilot. No way this company did ANY of that, he was out of here in 15 minutes max. Total ripoff. Seemed like a scam."
