"October is not a good month to need a new roof in Wenatchee. Contractors are extremely busy trying to get as much work done as they can before the weather turns. When I needed help after a big windstorm, Matt Voorhies from Icon Roofing drove all the way over from Spokane within a few days of my call. He gave me a good idea of what needed to be done to not only repair the damage but to bring the roof up to the codes that had changed since the house was built. Roofs are expensive. Insurance companies don’t like parting with money. The adjuster didn’t do much for me. I told Matt what the adjuster had said. Matt told me to hang on and let him talk with the guy again. The end result was my insurance kicking in over a grand more than they had initially wanted to give me. The crew got to work within a couple weeks. It took two-and-a-half days to replace the roof, and the guys worked the last few hours in falling snow. Given the weather, I was actually a bit surprised that they managed to clean everything up as well as they did. The new roof looks great! I feel a whole lot better about the upcoming winter. I would definitely do business with Icon and Matt again!"

"This place is absolutely fantastic, the response I got from them was crazy fast. My roof is already done and no other company even has time to schedule for a consult of what was the old roof and these guys are already done. It was just about a week from start to finish. Price was actually pretty decent to, its an insurance claim and put it this way, the insurance is saving a few hundred dollars and thats with the top package. "Took a a couple of days longer than quoted, but it's a huge roof and the workers had to work in freezing, literally---freezing, weather. They cleaned up quite will and were careful to protect plants and landscaping. They accidentally ripped a screen, but took care of it without any problem. Joe Gipson, the estimator, was especially responsive and helpful. He stayed with the project from the estimate through completion and even walked the property and checked the completed project personally to make sure it was to my satisifaction. "I responded to a flyer they left on my door knob after the storm. They showed up on time for the bid, gave me three options after inspecting my roof and sent me the bid the next day. They communicated well after I accepted the bid. On the day of the job the crew showed up right on schedule and started the the job promptly. They job was completed in one day and in expeditious manner. The owner arrived as scheduled the next morning with my warranty paper work.
