"Moving to a new city is stressful enough and not knowing anyone in town makes it doubly tough when you are looking for professionals.   However, all my worries disappeared and were put to rest when I met with Steve & Kimberly of Three Sons Renovation.   My initial call to Three Sons was returned promptly and an appointment was made and kept on time.   I had several projects I was considering for this (new to me) home and while the work was not something that fit in with the renovation work Steve & Kimberly do they were forthright and honest enough to tell me outright and then provided me with referrals to the local experts with the expertise and quality that could help me.  Their referrals were excellent. <br /> Even though I did not engage Three Sons Renovations for the work I needed in my home this time, their professionalism, customer satisfaction and integrity is what they are about.   You can be I will be calling them when I move on to my kitchen remodel. <br />"

"Ray and his son could not have been better. My husband was the one who was there while the work was done and he came home with a glowing report. He was impressed with the quality of the water heaters Ray provided and with Ray's knowledge and skill. He also said Ray was just a likable guy and enjoyable to talk to. My husband usually installs faucets himself, but since Ray was scheduled to be there, we asked him to do it. We were so glad we did. The previous homeowner had done some pretty creative configuration under the sink in his do-it-yourself faucet installation and even Ray had his work cut out for him getting things properly aligned and getting the new one in. My husband thought that might have taken more of Ray's time than installing the two new water heaters did! Ray also was able to instantly diagnose and repair the master bathtub drain that had been leaking into the crawlspace. After all was said and done, Ray charged us exactly what he promised for the water heaters (which was a bit less than Sears would have been) and only $90 extra for installing the faucet and fixing the tub drain, even though the faucet was a time consuming pain. We would absolutely have Ray back and asked for a stack of business cards to give our friends and neighbors. "
