We had not heard of LFO, so were a little suspicious when they said they could install in 3 weeks (other fence companies were quoting 7-9 weeks; one never even called back). Sure enough, the showed on right on the appointed day with an expert and professional team. Sean, the owner, went out of his way to point out repair needs in our existing fence. He also gave us great advice along the way to help make our finished product perfect. Sean came by frequently throughout installation days to make sure the project was going as planned, however, his team were clearly very experienced and needed little supervision. They were polite, expert, and meticulous. They cleaned everything up beautifully when finished. We are so happy with the both the experience and the product. Definitely, put LFO at the top of your list for fencing."

I was impressed by the artistry involved: the crew devised a clever solution for enclosing our yard around a tulip poplar that we share with our neighbors and cut the wood over the gate such that the pickets arched over the gate. The latter design, suggested by the foreman, adds a distinctive flair to the fence. In the thirty-five years that we have owned our house, this is the finest work we have ever had done. The crew was punctual, responsible, and meticulous about their work. I would definitely hire them again and am tempted to think about a deck. "Butch came out within a day or two to look at the site and give me an estimate. He emailed me written specs and costs a couple of days later. He also let me know when he came out that they were busy and were currently scheduling jobs eight weeks out. I emailed back my acceptance and snail-mailed a one-third deposit check. They emailed me when they received my check and let me know that I was on the schedule for mid-September. Right on schedule, in the second week of September, Butch called and asked if they could do the job in two days. They arrived at the agreed time and Butch and I walked through the job with his crew of three. Butch then left. The crew worked solidly for about four hours and were done. The fence is a quality product. Both the materials (treated pine posts and cedar boards) and the crew's construction and finish have produced a really nice looking fence. As a customer, dealing with Signature Fence was a pleasure. They clearly communicated what they could do and when they could do it. They kept me informed at each step in the process and they did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I think I got good value for money, too. Signature Fence clearly has its act together. Butch, the office team and the construction crew know what they're doing and they do it well. I recommend them highly."
