"This company is a hidden gem. We had not heard of LFO, so were a little suspicious when they said they could install in 3 weeks (other fence companies were quoting 7-9 weeks; one never even called back). Sure enough, the showed on right on the appointed day with an expert and professional team. Sean, the owner, went out of his way to point out repair needs in our existing fence. He also gave us great advice along the way to help make our finished product perfect. Sean came by frequently throughout installation days to make sure the project was going as planned, however, his team were clearly very experienced and needed little supervision. They were polite, expert, and meticulous. They cleaned everything up beautifully when finished. We are so happy with the both the experience and the product. Definitely, put LFO at the top of your list for fencing."

"My neighbor hired this company to install a new fence around their entire backyard and to remove the old fence. Our neighbors rent their house out so they were not there when the fence was installed. I own the house on one side of theirs and I was at home during the install. The crew did not appear to speak to english when I tried to talk to them, I cautioned them several times about places the heavy debri on top of the owners drainage system and I was ignored. The workers also came into MY backyard without asking permission, They were using my gate to enter and leave my yard and have broken the gate. It no longer latches shut. In addition, they removed at least some of the old posts by sawing them and leaving the remains in the ground and just digging new holes for the post. This has caused a huge issue for me as the owner of the house nextdoor. Our lots are on a hill and now all the yard debri is actually washing thru the fence into my yard. The holes from the original fence were never filled in and the concrete that was poured for the new post is all over my yard. My dry river bed now needs to be repaired as a result of this company (it is adjacent to the fence). I have reached out to the company and provided pictures and they have not gotten back to me. I am very upset that I am going to have to pay money to have my yard and gate fixed due to a fence that this company installed on my neighbors yard. Bewarned about the crews that this company employees and their lack of caring about your personal property or your neighbors. Update: After posting the initial review, the owner reached out to me. He came out with a crew and fixed the fence gate. They said the lawn issues are due to settling (the yards are on a hill) and I would need to contact the owner of the house or just fix that myself."

"The entire process went very smoothly. Lorenzo provided a timely estimate and good suggestions. The team worked long hours over a day and a half to remove the old fence, haul it away, and install the new fence. Everything was cleaned up and the finished product looks great."

Phoenix Fence & Deck was willing to do the project, their estimated was prompt and courteous, the bid was competitive. His price was also the lowest of the 3 estimates that I received. He came highly recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. Butch was very knowledgeable and help me determine the best location for the corner posts as well as special ordering gates to account for a subtle slope to our yard. "Contacted Arlington Fence and Deck and they responded quickly. They were able to give me a general estimate for repair of several sections of a 6-foot privacy fence and a gate based on photos I sent. We set up a date for Mike to come out and do a detailed estimate. The detailed estimate was actually a bit lower than the first estimate. I also had cast iron railings that had rusted posts that needed repair and they gave an appropriate estimate for that as well. There were two different dates to do the two repairs and they came and did a great job on both. I'd definitely use them again."

"Went great from start to finish. Mike took time to explain what he did when i called to schedule the install. Before arriving he did a courtesy phone call and email to make sure we were still on the same schedule. Mike showed exactly when he promised and took time before he installed the fence to get acquainted with me an Nemo. He explained everything he did and why and he showed me what to do to continue Nemo's training. The best part was his dog Hazlit who was very friendly and tolerated being harassed by Nemo. Hazlit actually helped him train my little one. Mike followed up with a call a couple days later to see how things were going and gave me some very good advice. He followed a few days later with an email asking if I needed help. Mike is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and prompt. I highly recommend his service to anyone seeking a buried fence for their little friend. Mike saved me a bundle of money, headache, and heartache. Making sure I had Nemo under boundary control was my chief concern when moving. Mike's fence and training allowed me to focus on moving. Last, Nemo has adjusted very well to his new boundaries.
