The next day Michael came back and used the longer snake but it still did not clear the drain.  Michael gave us an estimate to re-route the drain and clear the pipe.    We called our home warranty to see if the work would be covered and they sent out another plumber to try to perform a hydraulic cleaning.  When that could not be performed, they used a traditional snake and they ended up clearing the drain.

We waited for about a week to contact (via E-mail) Albert Nahman to let them know that we had cleared the drain using a traditional snake.  We were very surprised when Mr. Nahman himself contacted us to find out what happened.  After a brief discussion, Mr. Nahman agreed to return the money for the service call.

Many companies pride themselves on the service they provide... many companies talk the talk but they do not walk the walk.  We have used Albert Nahman before and have been really happy with their work... with this latest experience, we will definitely use them again, because they truly stand behind their work.
