Otherwise the roof was in pretty good shape. I know that many companies could have taken advantage of my elderly grandfather and recommended an entire roof replacement. But the gentleman that came out was so honest and straightforward. He agreed that a repair was all that was needed. And the price was excellent compared to some of the other ones we had called around to get. I appreciate this companies honesty and professionalism. His roof is as good as new. "Calista started the process by contacting me about needing a new roof. She knew her product and gif an excellent job explaining the process. We decided to give home genius a try with the free estimate. Caleb inspected out roof inside and out and found cracked Boards (not surprising for a 122 year old house) and explained what HG would do for repairs bad new shingles in a way that was easy tomunndersstandvsnccgavevus a quote well under what I expected to pay. It was hard not to pass the deal Up so we went with the quote. Thinking it would be weeks before they started the job I was surprised when Devan the project manager called and said a crew would be out the next day. Sure enough they were and within 10â hours everything was completed. Watching the workers go at it, they did and installed everything Caleb and Devan said would happen. Quick and efficient is how Iâ d describe the workmanship. The roof looks great and I am extremely pleased with the results. "The roof shingle replacement process from start to finish was very smooth. The Performance Roofing team came to my house within a couple of days of first contact and walked me through the process. They were at my location when the insurance adjuster came, included everything I asked for in their quote, handled permit, and forced me to get approval from my HOA to close the loop before they started the work. Their crew showed up early in the morning, finished the work on my 2,800+ sqft roof in one day, and cleaned everything (including nails) before they left. Finally, they took pictures of the shingle installation process and shared them with me. I can't think of anything that went wrong or was not as I expected it to be."

"This was a newly constructed home.  The builder recommended 3G and when they came out to do the estimate there was some confusion with the builder as to whether or not 3G would be installing the facia and soffits as well.  When the builder did not include the facia in 3G's order, Brett became annoyed about the delay it would cause to wait for the facia and soffits to be completed first. When the facia and soffits were finally done, there was a small section of facia missing due to insufficient materials on hand.  This prevented 3G from completing all of their install at that time.  I called 3G when the facia was done and requested they finish the leaf guard install in that area.  We agreed to wait until Sping as the winter was upon us then.  Recent calls to have the job I paid for completed have been met with some hostility as Brett now says the facia man should have put the last bit of leaf guards on when he was out there and to return now will "cost me money."  
I videotaped where my new gutters were leaking and sent the video to 3G.  They sent someone out to correct the problem and finally finish the leaf guard install.  They did make things right in the end. "
