The guy giving the estimate did not have a hard sales pitch or some stupid slide show on a tablet. They simply quoted the job and let me make a decision with out any pressure. When it came to install day they came with a massive crew and had all of the work completed within the same day. I had a lot of decking boards that were rotted and needed to be replaced as well. "Received a quote from Chuck last September & when I called in March, they said they’d be out to do the porch repair for the same price, as soon as it was warm enough. A couple weeks later, I received a call on a Friday from Chad saying he’d be able to start work that Monday. He and another guy removed and replaced the large, busted steps without damaging my existing wooden railing, patched and replaced pieces of the cement cap, adding a clean, fresh layer of cement on top, filling a bunch of cracks between bricks that had settled, and reattaching my downspout. These guys went above and beyond and had most of it done in one day. An added bonus - I worked from home that day, and I barely heard a peep. Very respectful, mindful of my property and neighbors. Good-looking, fast work for a reasonable price."

"Discovered a small hole in the roof while cleaning gutters. Checked attic and in ran through to the plywood. Looked like tree branch had come down and punctured a hole. Called Roof Advance and they came for an estimate the next day and worked me into their production schedule. Cost for the actual repair came in under the original estimate, price was very reasonable. Repair looks great, can hardly tell a difference from the existing shingles. Glad they could help with such a small job, will definitely consult when the time comes for a new roof."

They cleaned up afterwards and came back the next day to ensure the job was perfect. There was an area of the roof where the beams were completed rotted out and they replaced them without charging me anything. This took three men nearly 4 hours but again, they never asked for money.
