"Chris Ruh came to my home to look at the concrete work I thought I might need in the curb area in front of my house. Firstly, Chris is very patient and very personable. He proceeded to thoroughly examine and measure the area. He took his time to discuss how work could be done. The work would be quite an expense. Most importantly, Chris discussed with us whether the work was really needed and whether it would be worth the cost to get only a slight benefit, if any, from the work. We felt we had received excellent advice from a very experienced gentleman and decided against having the work done. But if I ever needed concrete services in the future or if friends of family needed such services, I would not turn to anyone else. "Tim and his father did a great job replacing a couple squares of sidewalk at our home that were done improperly by a different contractor. They got me an estimate and fit me in their schedule quickly, all while doing the work the right way at a fair cost. I would definitely ask them to do additional work in the future and recommend them if you need concrete or masonry work as well. They are also licensed in Columbus and insured. Before hiring any vendor to do work at your home, I highly recommend you verify both of those things. "I called Dave DePaso for an estimate.  He came out the next day and took a look at the ground drain/drive way area that needed to be repaired.  He got an estimate to me very quickly, but explained that we would need to wait a couple of weeks for the weather to break and warm up due to the fact that concrete would need to be poured.  
As soon as the weather cooperated, Dave had a crew out.  The guys were able to take care of the job in one day, left the site well marked so no one would drive over the grate while the concrete was still curing.  The crew did a great job!  Hauled away all of the old damaged drain tile and asphalt, the new area was poured and finished off nice and square with a good angle to allow the water to flow easily into the drain basin.
