They were top rated with 0 complaints. We were even able to initiate contact for a quote through the BBB. Michael was our salesperson and he was upfront and honest in capabilities and pricing. The pricing was so great we even upgraded to an insulated vinyl siding and we were still under what others quoted. We then met with Ross the production manager who went over every aspect of the job with us. This was great because we worked out any issues ahead of time. There were no surprises and we were all on the same page. The 2 gentlemen who came to do the work were great also. They showed up on time and worked hard everyday. They never left a mess and were easy to communicate with. We are very happy with the whole experience and our house looks awesome! Thanks Krumwiede Home Pros we are happy we met you!"

"We wanted our kitchen cabinets refinished rather than replacing them.  We contacted Save Wood based on reviews from Angie's List. Dave came out to our home, brought samples of their work and gave us a price. He was very friendly and answered our questions.  It seemed reasonable and we decided to go with them. He said the holidays were approaching and they were busy, so it would be a couple of weeks before they would begin the process.  Overall, once they were finished, we were pleased with the cabinets. Save Wood added trim, glazed it as we asked and they look very nice.  However, there were things along the way that we were not as pleased about.  We were not aware that it would take over 3 months for the work.  Many messages and emails were not responded to during the process.  Since completion I have emailed and called and these have not been responded to.  There were a couple of times I visited their workspace, to keep things moving. Everyone I encountered was friendly.

Would I use them again?  I'm not sure. Although the quality was good and I love my cabinets, the responsiveness needed improvement and was very frustrating during the process.

"It was such a pleasant experience working with Carol at Perfection Countertop. She listened to what our needs were and was so friendly and helpful. The very first time I talked with Carol I hung up the phone and thought I feel like I have a new friend. She gave me some ideas to look at before we even met with her and she was right on with what we were looking for. Once we met with her she helped us pick out the countertops and then continued to help us with our sink and hardware for our cabinets. I felt like I had someone helping me through each step and help with each decision we had to make. We ended up not only doing our kitchen countertops but did our bathroom and bedroom vanity as well. Carol was so knowledgeable and professional but the best part was how friendly and fun she was to work with!! My countertops are beautiful and I would not have them without Carol’s expertise and help."

"Matt came over and started on the job. While stripping the old paint off of the tub (it had been refinished before) he discovered the drain was corroded and needed to be replaced prior to refinishing. Matt stopped his work and I had to summon a plumber to replace the drain. It was a major pain and it took some time as the drain had been in there for over 20 years. Matt came back one week later and finished the job. I was not charged extra for the second trip and the bathtub came out beautiful. Matt kept us informed during the entire job and explained the process. We were very happy with the results and highly recommend Great Lakes Refinishing.

"I had a wonderful experience working with Mark. He painted my 1990's builders' grade cabinets in the kitchen. I got his name from a neighbor who also used him. He was able to give me a quote the same day. The work took a month to complete from first contact to completion. He took the cabinet doors to his shop to paint which was the longest part of the process. Then he returned on 3 consecutive days to paint the frames and to do the installation. I should also mention that he did a sample on one of my doors since a friend recommended a particular color, so I was able to compare that color with a more standard cream color, which I ultimately went with. He was very easy to work with, always responded to text messages and he is very good at what he does. I am 100% satisfied."
