Matt, the installer, laid a tarp down from the door to our bathroom to protect the floors. He asked for our input when he was installing the shelves and grab bars. After he finished cleaning everything up he explained how to used the new shower head and what to use to clean the surface. The next day we texted him with a question and he immediately answered. We couldn?t be happier with the job done and the professionalism of the company."

They took our 35 year old kitchen with dark, outdated cabinets, awful tile, no space for a microwave and gave us a bright, beautiful, convenient kitchen that we absolutely love. They painted the cabinets a beautiful light grey & installed new cabinet hardware, installed new subway wall tiles and new white countertops with integrated sink, converted a pantry cabinet with pull-out drawers, and modernized the cabinet base, all within a very tight timeframe and at a comfortable price. "Removal of existing tile in our laundry room and replaced with new tile. They were a joy to work with. Came in and unhooked and moved washer and dryer to garage, removed very heavy 8ft door and removed old tile all in about 90 minutes. Next day installed new tile and grouted Did an excellent job with no mess and cleaned up everything. New tile looks great! Fast, friendly, reasonable and quality work Would recommend to anyone!"

"Excel, did an excellent job answering our million questions and was courteous. We had an issue that wasn't Excel's fault. My wife wanted the patio doors that has the blinds inside the window. But the last update that Excel received from our village was it doesn't meet code. So we had to go with the regular patio doors. So once the windows and patio door was replaced, the village had to approve it. So as the village inspector was doing his job, I took it upon myself to ask why the village doesn't allow patio doors with blinds inside the windows. The inspector informed me that we can, the particular code was changed some time back. Excel wasn't aware of the change, so we immediately called Excel informing them of what we just heard. Excel without hesitation got us the windows that my wife originally wanted. Excel made my wife happy, which made me happy later on that night & that night our patio doors were changed to the ones she wanted!!! Thanks Excel!!"

There were broken pieces that he caught before installation which we had to replace delaying the project. He stayed in the project and worked with us. Nathan is very personable and professional.
