"I needed to replace all the carpeting in a tenant's apartment. Exposition came over the day after I called them to measure the apartment and show me samples. The owner, Marshall, gave me good advice as to the type of carpet I should get for a rental unit and how much I should spend. They gave me a better price than two other carpet companies I called. The installers came out as soon as the painters were finished and did a very professional installation job. The carpet looks great. <br /> <br /> I am very pleased with the service and price and would definitely call them again."

"Installers did not come on time, two hours late. Then they had to validate that we paid Empire, which took an hour. The estimate of work was totally wrong, we were supposed to get a floating floor but the installers said they could not do that So they instead did a complete teardown of the existing floor and removed all the old tiles. The quarter round was included in the price of the materials but was never installed because we did not get a raised (floating) floor. So I think I was overcharged for the materials which were not used. I spoke to a number of persons at Empire about such issues without any resolution to my satisfaction. Besides all the problems encountered we do like the floor and it nice looking."
