"Initially, I thought it was fine. However, I was very curious why the contractor would not let me talk to the insurance adjuster. He told me to stay in the house and leave everything to him. (RED FLAG) I'm not sure why I let that happen. After the negotiations and the contract was signed, the contractor advised that he failed to charge me for the cost of the chimney. We specifically talked about the chimney cost and how he wasn't putting it in the contract so it wouldn't alert the insurance company (RED FLAG ) He would just charge me another $1200 for the chimney or not do the inside work. At that point, I should have cancelled the contract. The contractor yelled at me that he forgot and he made a mistake. Yelled at me in a very loud voice. He then did that "used car" sales pitch where he has to go talk to his boss and then comes back and sends me an email that they will fix the chimney for free. I spent about twice what my budget was, and I really am mad at myself for failing to get other estimates. That is on me. The roofers put a new roof on - my old roof was less than 5 years old - not sure if a simple repair would have been okay and left a mess in my yard. There was debris from my gutters and little blue things that they use when they replace a roof. I told the contractor that, and he said "the roofers don't make money if they clean up after the gutters and feel it's not their job". Okay, whose job is it? Who did I pay to do a job? Am i supposed to hire someone else to finish up what the roofers left behind. My pet peeve is when I pay someone to do a job, and they don't finish the job and say it's not their job. That makes me so angry. Again, I'm so mad at myself. I know better. I just felt like at the end of the day I was taken advantage of. I don't think I needed a whole new roof, I spent twice the money I had budgeted, and I had a mess to take care of. I use Angie's List so I can avoid being taken advantage of and considered the "old lady" who doesn't know anything."

"This is an excellent company and George is a great guy. He's knowledgeable, caring, and a hard worker. The crew is excellent. They went above and beyond, not just a quick fix. They repaired two sections of our asphalt shingle roof and did repairs to a gutter area. They discussed the damage with us, answered our questions and made recommendations to resolve the problem while keeping our budget in mind They called ahead to let us know their expected arrival time and cleaned up the area when done. We are so happy with their work and we highly recommend this company."

"Chase roofing and masonry redid my entire roof for a great price. Dan was very helpful during the process and communication was perfect. They left no mess or debris behind either. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof!"

"He inspected entire area around the chimney. Found a few spots that could be the leak source so he repaired all of them. Carefully removed the old shingles, put down a rubber membrane snow and ice barrier and then put down new shingles. So far problem seems to have been resolved. He is very meticulous in his work and does whatever is necessary to do the job right. Would definitely hire again."

"Roof Reign did an outstanding job on our roof replacement. The crew was professional, efficient, and left the property spotless when they were done. The new black shingles look amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the workmanship."

"Our roof was substantially damaged by hurricane Milton. James from Region roofing was a tremendous help to us and gave us peace of mind. He was very willing to answer all of our questions and eased our concerns. The work was completed in a timely manner and the roofing crew was great."

"Our family completely remodeled our home. We are DIY people by heart, but I'm really happy that we called Rogers for this part. We knew our roof was old, but we never thought that we had moisture issues in our attic. Mitch was able to explain that our attic wasn't letting air in and out properly, causing moisture and mold to grow on the attic ceiling. Our attic was over 100 degrees on a day that it was 75! He was able to draw up a plan immediately to tackle all of these issues with our new roof. From start to finish, Rogers Roofing has been a professional, responsive, and friendly company to work with. No, they were not the cheapest bid we had, but they were the ONLY ones that brought attention to anything other than the shingles being old. New shingles really do not matter if the roof is going to start warping, as Mitch explained. If I could give more stars I would, thank you SO much!"
