"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"We weren’t getting water or ice from our Frigidaire French door refrigerator. Barry was very nice and soft spoken but was not able to correctly repair our refrigerator. He replaced the valve that provided water to the fridge but put the water lines on backwards and therefore puddles of water turned to ice started forming in the bottom of the freezer. I called him to come back and he did and couldn’t identify the problem. He said our ice maker was broken. He disconnected it and it solved the problem of water in the bottom of the freezer but of course that meant no ice. I called a different repair company to come out and replace the ice maker and he identified that the valve repair was done improperly and that water wasn’t getting to the ice maker. Now ice maker is making ice again. Unfortunately I had to spend an extra $120 to find that out. I recommend Appliance Specialists of Knoxville instead."

"My neighbors hired Tom to clean their vents. Their recommendations convinced me to call for an appointment. Tom came to clean my dryer vent which was clogged in the wall between the laundry room and the sunroom. At my request, he removed the original flimsy flex line and replaced it with metal. First load of laundry took less than half the time it had been taking! I’m passing his card around in our senior community. Our homes were built 20 years ago and I don’t believe I’ve ever heard of anyone having dryer vents cleaned. I’m going to urge my neighbors to call Tom. He was quick, efficient and very pleasant!"
